Shipping policy
We process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed.
Orders are shipped via third-party carriers, including but not limited to Amazon Fulfillment and other logistics partners. Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking information, where available.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier performance, and external factors beyond our control. Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer, or events outside our reasonable control.
An order is considered fulfilled once it has been shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Proof of delivery provided by the carrier will be considered confirmation of successful delivery.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but the customer cannot locate it, the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier or local delivery service to investigate.
